Avatar, Twilight, It sounds like a broken theme today. For Several years Brad you have been speaking on the subject of “the dangers of social networking” this falls in line with the same type of fantasy that is created by our own minds watching these types of movies. How the falseness can be made reality in our minds. Satan has created these movies to manipulate and to mislead this generation into connecting the two, I actually had a student tell me that “twilight” was a great movie and that it was a love story, this was a “born again” believer. As leaders in our churches we need to continue to expose the lies of the Devil, and to bring the truth to light. Thank you for your blog comments and articles, they always speak the truth. If he be lifted up lifted up, he will draw men unto him.

I just had to comment on revival at BRIC this past week. It was the best week of my life! The fellowship was wonderful, Brad is an amazing speaker, and makes everyone feel comfortable. I learned so much this past week. I am grateful for this experience and it has changed some of my habits and parenting! Praise GOD!!!!!!!

Us Aussies on the East coast of Australia, thank everyone for there prayers of support
We actknowledge The hand of God and his mighty power and his protection during Cyclone Yasi
even though there has been such damage to homes. I feel deeply sadened for those who have been affected in areas of tully, mission beach and surrounding areas.

And ask that you keep praying for those who live there, as it will be many months of hard work ahead of them.

Calling in from Queensland, well south of affected area – but my daughter Esther has in-laws who live in Tully, which is in the eye of what is now a highly dangerous category 5 cyclone making landfall right now. Prayer valued.

Just for a quick update…
Cyclone Yasi is due to hit in about 14 hours time but is now a catagory 5 which is the maxium rating with wimds nearly 300 km/h.
