Our Online Service Was an Overwhelming Success!

Sunday, February 7, 2010

Because so many church services were canceled this morning due to the massive snow storm, Brad Huddleston Ministries provided an alternative – a live online service with praise & worship, fellowship via a chat room, and a live video feed of Brad ministering the Word of God — complete with notes. A huge 'Thank You' to all of those who worshiped with us this morning!

    Brad & Beth,
Thank you both SO much for having "Snow Church" this morning. We all REALLY enjoyed the Praise & the Message! (very timely)
We also especially enjoyed the humor and interaction. We laughed out loud at times, and wept at others. The REAL Presence of The Lord was so tangible !
It was awesome !!!………I'm SO glad we didn't miss it !
    Love you Both !

Ever heard of snow church? Wow what a great time in the lord today, Brad Huddleston you’re amazing. I got an e-mail from Brad about this online live video feed from his house, with chat options. I thought what better way to spend a morning of being snowed in. I linked into http://www.bradhuddleston.com and what did I find, Brad sitting in his house, drinking some hot tea, playing some outstanding Hilsong videos, and preaching on Fear. My 12 year old son got into the act, he thought it was a great idea, so he goes down to my PC and gets into the action. All I can say is, God is so good, I felt the lord the whole time, during the worship videos, and during Brad's sermon, not to mention the wonderful fellowship with people from all over the planet. I was online for 3 hours, and I didn't want to get offline, I was blown away with the fact that there was a hunger for more of God.  Thank you to brad and Beth Huddleston for the ministry that God has gifted them with, to bless so many, Way to go Brad and Beth, May God pour out his blessings to you both.

LOVED it, Brad and Beth.  Thank you and the technical and prayer/worship team. The Word, the Worship, and the Prayer were Wonderful.  Enjoyed the Chat/chatter too.  Loved the atmosphere, having you into our home, visiting in your home.  The Holy Spirit was all OVER the service, what a blessing over the Internet!  wow.  I'm still languishing in His presence.  My family even conceded and left the other electronic media off and I left the computer on for Hours playing Hillsong and videos.  sigh.  So lovely having your service in our house!  THANK you, and yes let's do it again!

"Awesome" is one word to describe this morning….  Four hours flew by!  With our regular church services cancelled due to the snow, this was a great alternative!  The sermon on FEAR was excellent…but I was surprised that "death" wasn't the number one fear…especially if non-believers were included in the data that Brad reviewed.  We enjoyed the sharing of prayer requests, sermon, scripture and videos.  It was a tremendous blessing and very timely.  Thanks to Brad, Beth and the rest of their crew!!!  Bless you!

Thanks for having the service this morning. While I could have made it out, our church had a postponed service I could not make it to.  It was nice having the service right here online so my tired and snow weary body did not have to go far. It was a real lessing to receive the service, the worship and the fellowship of Christians around the valley and the world. I am so weary of what technology and the web is doing to our culture that it is AWESOME to see it used for building people up in the LORD. While I don't want to pray for more snow so we can do this again. I would eagerly look forward to having "snow church" again.

My first snow church experience from the other side of the world was great! Well done to the nerds who made it happen, the fantastic people who joined in the conversation and Brad and Beth for hosting it. Praise and worship was great and the Fear message was one I was looking forward to hearing! Can't wait to be 'snowed in' for church again with all those wonderful people!

Great job! We enjoyed it.  Loved the music.  We haven't been able to go to church for the past 2 Sundays due to snow so it felt like we had been to church.  Only difference we did not have to get dressed up–really liked being so comfortable!
    Love ya!

Excellent job. It was such a blessing to be able to interact via the chat room and to pray for the needs of peope. Brad and Beth you really ushered in the presence of God and I am so glad you held this service. I really needed to hear good solid word and I was definitely fed. My kids enjoyed dancing around the kitchen and they loved that Brad included them in the service. May God pour out His blessings on you  so much you can't contain them!
